Proposed Project Land
This page identifies and describes the land involved in the proposed project and addresses the responsibility incumbent upon the land user. The page also presents recent history of the land; who owned it, how it came to be Cal Poly Land and how it’s being used now. Information is also presented about adjacent zoning and the compatibility of this project with existing development.

Project Description
This page describes the project; how much land is involved, how many housing units are planned in each of the two parts, and general time estimates from start of construction to occupancy.

Project Issues
This page explores the issues surrounding the project; pro and con from different perspectives. It presents the concerns expressed by our neighbors in the area, the need for the project, the steps taken to promote and oppose it, and hopefully will provide some some insight into the relationship between these two neighbors - Cal Poly and San Luis Obispo.

Links To Related Sites
This page leads to other sites with information about this project and other housing issues in the San Luis Obispo area; news articles, press releases and opinion pieces from local publications and groups.
