Welcome! As an extension of the Cal Poly Land website, this site offers insight into the workings of the Cal Poly Dairy Unit.

Nestled  in the hills of Cal Poly, the Cal Poly Dairy unit works to provide Cal Poly and the San Luis Obispo community with delicious products and educational opportunites. Visitors are welcome to view the milking process from the second floor of the Dairy Cattle Instructional Unit from 4-6 a.m. and 4-6 p.m. In addition, visitors can take tours lead by students in fall, winter and spring quarters.
