*Milk is not only loved by Oklahomans’, but in 2002 it was given the distinguished title of the state’s official beverage.

*Ice cream was first introduced to the world in 1904 at the World’s Fair in St. Louis

*Ice cream became so integral to the American way of life that immigrants arriving via Ellis Island were given the frozen treat as part of their “welcome to America” meal
