Brizziolari Creek

Brizziolari Creek is one of many creeks and streams that run through Cal Poly Land. It is home to many diverse plant and animal species, and differs from its surroudings in that it is classified as a riparian community. It is a beautiful location to visit, and during the winter and spring months, the creek runs quite rapidly. An easy hike into Poly Canyon from the campus core will get you to the Brizziolari Creek rest area in about 10 to 15 minutes. From there, you can easily manuever your way into the creek bed and explore.
