Cal Poly Soil and Water Resources Presented by Dr. Del Dingus

Field 25, the vegetable growing and enterprise area along Highway 1, is located on the Salinas soil. This area of campus is dedicated to "hands on" learning in production agriculture. Students participating in the enterprise projects provide the labor for production, management, and marketing of a commodity. For their effort they retain 60% of the project's net profit.
