This water resource is used by the Irrigation Training and Resource
Center (ITRC). The facility, under the direction of Dr. Charles
Burt provides "hands on" training with agriculture water
delivery systems for students and water district managers. Named
in honor of George Drumm, Dairy Department Head, 1953.
