Throughout the span of Stenner creek, it has carved deep valleys and flowed across flat lands. Up near the sheep unit there's hardly a bank at all to get down to the creek. Where I took the pictures there's a fifteen foot drop off. When the water is low, you can see the creek bed which is made up of rocks. The rocks can be as small as grains of sand or as large as boulders depending on where you are along the creek. The larger rocks create rapids and small waterfalls which create a soothing sound.
