Weather @ Cal Poly

PRECIPITATION

Precipitation in San Luis Obispo County has dramatic changes through out the year. The rest of the nation remains between two and four inches throughout the entire year. Cal Poly begins to climb in late August, increasing an inch every month, peaking at 5.5 inches of rain at the beginning of February. Then begins its near vertical drop during March and April back to averaging below 1 inch per month, which is where it will remain throughout the summer until it begins to climb once again in late August.
