The average temperatures constantly grow at the same rate throughout the day. At the coolest temperature average of the year, in December and January, the average low never breaks below 40 degrees. Throughout the year, the temperature jumps 15 degrees from the low, to the high of the day. Uniquely, the hottest time of the year, averages at the end of September, unlike the rest of the United States that peak in July, and early August months
