April Showers Bring May... Wild Flowers!

This is a three week journal of the wild flowers of Poly Canyon. Click on the buttons below to view the different perspectives of the photographers and the changing flowers throughout the month of May.

Begin at the dirt road leading back into poly canyon To your left should be the old slaughter house Continue past the cattle gate Cross the wooden foot bridge on your left before you get to the architectural structures Follow along through wooded area and begin to follow the path up the mountain Continue to follow the trail through a series of switchbacks You'll see a trail marker and follow Bob's trail You'll arrive at the top of the ridge Continue along the ridge until you find the path leading down to the P and hike back down towards the center of Campus. Begin at the dirt road leading into Poly Canyon

We have provided a tour of the flowers from Poly Canyon for you. Our hike starts at the beginning of Poly Canyon Road, next to the North Mountain dorms. Follow the dirt road and continue over the bridge on the right, which leads to the back side of Poly Mountain. This is a hike of medium difficulty, bring water just to be safe. Have Fun!
